At PC Gamez USA, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. To provide you with a clear and simple process, we've outlined the steps for cancelling your order below.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: “Cancel My Order”. The email should include your Order Number in the body of the message. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund if the request is received within the 24-hour window.
After 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase, the order will move to the production stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please note that after this time, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, we can make corrections as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
