Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders require time to be prepared before shipment.

During this time, we verify payment, prepare your items, and package your order for shipment.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. PC Gamez USA is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.
